Design, build and support the supply chain solutions that help businesses in the Technology, and Mobility industries connect supply and demand.

  • Ensures optimal performance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with focus on Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems (WMS/TMS) including Material Handling and Warehouse Controls Systems (MHS/WCS).
  • Implements, evaluates, and designs ERP systems and applications
  • Troubleshoots ERP-related issues and monitors ERP systems security.
  • Installs new releases, system upgrades and patches, as required.

Daily tasks to include but not limited to:

  • Subject matter expert on projects including documentation, design, training, and testing.
  • Perform functional testing on vendor developed code against functional specification and business requirements documents
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of applications supported by the team
  • Provide reporting on activities of importance to leadership
  • Maintain information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating activities
  • Lead projects and coordinate with other IS teams



  • Experienced professional individual comfortable managing and leading projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex workflows, business/operations processes.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
  • Free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.
  • Specialist in technical and business skills.
  • Proficiency in database scripting and SQL, Oracle and/or SQL Server
  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 2 years specific experience.
  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
