Business Development & Key Account Executive, Project Cargo (6 months contractual)

Role Overview
- The Key Account Executive, Project Cargo supports the growth of the Project Cargo business across key industrial verticals, including renewables, power & energy, rail & mobility, gigafactories, high & heavy equipment, and yachting.
- The role focuses on supporting key account management activities, identifying commercial opportunities, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver effective project cargo solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of assigned key accounts within the project cargo portfolio
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, market developments, and customer needs
- Contribute to account plans and market penetration initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
- Act as a point of contact for customers on day-to-day commercial matters, ensuring timely coordination with sales, pricing, and project teams
- Prepare sales presentations, customer reports, market updates, and basic performance analyses
- Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and project proposals
- Maintain regular customer touchpoints through calls, meetings, webinars, and follow-ups
- Assist with organizing client visits and support participation in industry events and conferences
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Initial to intermediate experience (e.g., 1–3 years) in project cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or commercial roles
- Strong interest in project cargo and industrial logistics solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment
