Summary

 

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of Singapore Agency, you will act as the subject matter expert for Non Maritime products (VAS, intermodal, CEVA, e-com), driving capability building across the Sales organization (Outside, Inside, and Management) through structured training, tools, and documentation to enable effective selling and achievement of commercial targets.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Revenue & Budget Delivery (Non Maritime)

  • Achieve approved revenue and volume targets for VAS (CMA CGM+), Intermodal, CEVA, e‑Commerce (excl SpotOn) and other non‑maritime products.
  • Monitor non maritime pipeline discipline and governance

 

Commercial Strategy Execution

  • Drive and execute the local non maritime sales strategy in line with HO / RO directions.
  • Support on commercial market opportunities identified by Sales
  • Deploy new products or campaigns and conversion support. 
  • Participate in commercial visits with sales to support non-maritime offerings

 

VAS Sales Growth & Adoption

  • Ambassador of VAS as VAS Champion
  • Deploy and drive the VAS sales strategy across the agency.
  • Drives discipline and consistency of VAS selling

 

Regional & HO Coordination

  • The local interface with RO / HO to collect market intelligence and address feedback by Sales 
  • Represents the agency in non‑maritime commercial discussions with RO / HO

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • At least 3 years of shipping/ logistic related experience with customer relationship management and sales techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and build rapport 
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Able to analyze customer needs, track performance, and use data to drive decision-making processes.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed goals. 
  • Comfortable with both independent and team-based work environments, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success
