Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to support the APAC Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and regional commercial team in driving business performance and strategic initiatives. This role blends commercial performance analysis, management reporting, cross-functional project coordination, and executive-level support.

 

You will play a pivotal role in translating data into actionable insights, tracking and advancing key initiatives, and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the CCO’s office. In addition, you will facilitate stakeholder engagements and help drive alignment across the regional commercial organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison across the Commercial team to drive and execute planned initiatives.
  • Lead and manage projects as agreed with the APAC CCO, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor and track performance against pre-agreed objectives and key deliverables.
  • Prepare senior management reports covering Key Account Management (KAM), Regional performance, and Cross-Sell activities.
  • Conduct performance analysis across functions, including GA/IFF, Agency Commercial, and Cross-Sell.
  • Oversee the timely preparation and dissemination of regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate data analysis and enhance performance monitoring processes.
  • Support the CCO in planning and coordinating customer and visitor engagements in Singapore, including preparation of reports, tracking key deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Head of Department (HOD), including calendar management, meeting coordination, and comprehensive travel arrangements (air tickets, ground transport, and accommodation).
  • Supervise and oversee the deliverables of direct report(s), ensuring quality and timely completion.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial, analytics, or business support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of the container shipping and/or freight forwarding industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging senior leadership.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
