Role Overview
In this role, you will support the design, administration, and analysis of the company’s compensation and benefits programs across the region, enabling data driven decisions, automation of C&B dashboards and tools, and the translation of global policies and processes to meet local needs. You will play a key part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives to enhance the overall employee experience. As the superuser for Power BI, Qlik Sense, and other reporting tools, you will own APAC HR reporting and workforce analytics, transforming data into clear, compelling narratives that facilitate decision making and help elevate the People Experience across the CMA CGM Asia Pacific network.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse recurring trends and patterns to enhance data driven HR decision making.
- Produce clear, user friendly reports and visualisations (including the Power BI HR Dashboard) for senior management, regional HR, and HRBPs, and maintain regular workforce analytics dashboards and HR metrics across the full employee lifecycle.
- Ensure data and process accuracy through regular audits and support HR projects, including HR system and digital improvements.
- Act as a digital ambassador for HR, providing ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Regional HR Director, and partnering with COEs, Country HR, Finance, and IT on budgeting, forecasting, and other HR digital initiatives.
- Support the end to end annual compensation review cycle, including dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness, and contribute to the review and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs by analysing cost and market competitiveness (e.g. benchmarking, pay ranges, salary structures by country).
- Lead regional wellness campaigns by consolidating country initiatives, promoting wellness awareness, and managing the EAP vendor and portal.
- Act as a champion for HRIS, support enhancement requests, co create data visualisation reports, and assist in drafting reporting guides, SOPs, and training materials, as well as other ad hoc projects assigned by the C&B Manager and Regional HR Director.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or HR
- Further education in Data Analytics is highly preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in C&B, HRIS analysis, workforce analytics, or a highly technical role
- Excellent numerical skills with strong analytical ability
- Strong Excel and reporting skills with proven hands on experience
- Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating macros and dashboards with large data sets
- Good understanding of people analytics methodologies and HR processes and practices
- Previous experience with large HR information systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRM, or similar
