Employee Experience & HR Projects Lead APAC

Role Overview

As we continue strengthening our presence across the Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a passionate and forward thinking Employee Experience & HR Projects Lead (APAC) to elevate how our employees experience work, grow in their careers, and live our values every day.
In this regional role, you will lead high-impact employee experience, engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and emerging talent initiatives across APAC. Partnering closely with Country HR teams, business leaders, and the Group Talent Management function, the position ensures consistent, inclusive, and culturally aligned HR programs that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Employee Experience Strategy
- Deliver a high impact, inclusive employee experience that strengthens culture and engagement.
- Lead regional lifecycle initiatives (onboarding, moments that matter, offboarding) using strong project and change management.
- Partner with Country HR and business leaders to embed best practice EX standards aligned to Group values.
- Use data, insights, and engagement metrics to refine and improve EX programs.
Employee Engagement, Recognition & Feedback
- Lead the regional engagement survey cycle from planning to actioning results.
- Develop and manage recognition frameworks to drive motivation and retention.
- Translate feedback into practical regional initiatives, supporting Country HR in implementation.
- Build capability of leaders and HR teams in engagement and recognition best practices.
DEI and Wellbeing Implementation
- Implement APAC wide DEI strategies, targets, policies, communication, and reporting.
- Integrate DEI and wellbeing practices with Country HR to ensure regional consistency.
- Deliver wellbeing campaigns aligned with organisational priorities.
- Manage DEI and wellbeing initiatives using structured project governance.
Emerging Talent and University & Student Relations
- Lead APAC emerging talent strategy aligned with future workforce needs.
- Support graduate, internship, and early career program design and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate participation in Group emerging talent programs.
- Lead delivery of the APAC Management Associate Program (MAP).
- Build strategic relationships with universities and professional bodies to strengthen talent pipelines.
Regional HR Projects
- Lead cross country HR projects (e.g., EX tools, process harmonisation, policies).
- Maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation for regional HR initiatives.
- Identify interdependencies and risks across EX, DEI, wellbeing, emerging talent, and survey activities, proposing solutions to optimise impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years focused on DEI or employee experience role activities.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and learning initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver complex regional programs.
- Ability to analyse and leverage HR metrics to inform strategy.
