We’re looking for a motivated and responsible intern to join our APAC Compliance team in the essential and dynamic world of international shipping. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, ethical business conduct, and risk management—all while contributing to one of the most vital industries in the global economy.

From port operations to international trade regulations, you’ll be part of the team that ensures we sail smoothly, ethically, and responsibly.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support Compliance Operations: Assist in day-to-day tasks such as compliance monitoring, internal reporting, and documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and global shipping regulations.
  • Help Maintain Policies & Standards: Contribute to the upkeep and review of compliance policies, procedures, and controls—including areas like anti-bribery, trade compliance, data privacy, human rights and competition law.
  • Support Compliance Training Delivery: Assist in the coordination and implementation of compliance training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer across APAC offices and onboard teams.
  • Promote Awareness and Integrity Culture: Contribute to awareness initiatives that help foster a strong culture of integrity, encouraging ethical behavior throughout regional operations.
  • Collaborate Regionally: Work with compliance colleagues and business stakeholders across the APAC region to support regional projects and ensure local implementation of global standards.
  • Stay Informed: Help monitor regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks relevant to the shipping industry, providing updates and insights to the team.
