Operational Performance & Development Specialist (6 months contractual)

Role Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director and functionally to the Quality Process and Development Manager, the individual will support Quality and Operational Excellence in driving continous improvement initiatives.   

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Head Office to align practices and standards across the organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives and frameworks.
  • Conduct ISM/ISO audits and lead continuous improvement based on audit findings and feedback.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation of improvements.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to measure performance, identify trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with the QSSE department to foster a strong safety culture within Singapore operations.
  • Partner with various departments across the organisation to promote a culture of continuous improvement, support problem‑solving, and embed good practices.  


What We're Looking For

  • Strong expertise in ISO 9001/14001 and continuous improvement / Lean tools.
  • Experience in QHSE, preferably within the oil & gas or maritime industry.
  • Highly analytical with excellent project management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and effectively within a team-based environment.
  • Solution-oriented, confident and a persuasive partner to stakeholders at all levels.
