Procurement Executive

Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Indirect Procurement Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect spend across the region. You will lead sourcing activities, negotiate contracts and services, and collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement plans, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost effective solutions.
Your procurement expertise, market awareness, and contract management skills will be key to optimizing our indirect spend. This role suits a strategic, analytical thinker with strong on the spot decision making, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of procurement management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support regular business reviews with key suppliers and internal teams by preparing detailed reports, analysing performance data, and coordinating follow-ups to improve operations and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with functions such as IT, Administration, Cost Control, and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely data collection for informed procurement decisions.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including benchmarking, historical price analysis, and supplier profiling, to support effective negotiation strategies.
- Maintain and update contracts and rate databases for indirect services and purchases in close collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
- Participate in RFQ analysis and cost benchmarking, and prepare clear, comprehensive reports on negotiation progress and cost status.
- Support the development and execution of category strategies, including supplier selection, sourcing approaches, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor procurement KPIs on a regular basis, analyse trends, and report insights to drive continuous improvement of procurement programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in facilities management, travel, HR, general services, or administration.
- Strong understanding of the dynamic APAC market environment.
- Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, negotiation, and procurement governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
