Regional Intermodal & ReUse Executive/ Senior Executive

Role Overview:

To drive ReUse activities across APAC, including volume, revenue, and margin growth, while coordinating with agencies and vendors to develop the ReUse business. 

In addition, you will also be responsible for Transport Order monitoring, performance analysis, and ensuring the achievement of regional and country-specific targets.

Key Responsibilities:

ReUse Commercial Performance

• Manage ReUse performance with overall results accountability for the APAC region. 
• Strategize country-specific action plans to increase ReUse revenue per country. 
• Serve as the focal point accountable to HO for all matters relating to APAC ReUse developments and performance.

Vendor & Platform Management

• Coordinate with agencies and ReUse vendors to develop ReUse in APAC.
• Act as key contact for all ReUse platforms (e.g., MatchBox, Avantida) to manage results.
• Drive ReUse development across APAC through strategic vendor engagement.

Transport Order Monitoring & Analysis

• Provide Transport Order monitoring, including creation and completion.
• Conduct weekly Transport Order monitoring and monthly results analysis to highlight focus areas.
• Communicate with agencies to improve Transport Order performance on-time and accuracy. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree Holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications. 
• Knowledge of shipping and land transportation
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all stakeholders.
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded.
