Summary

In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and play a key role in managing and attending to all sales related enquiries. You will be required to build close working relationships with existing client as well as grow portfolio of new clientele and prepare weekly sales KPI reports.

To perform well in this role, you should possess good communication skills and strong analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationship with clients in Singapore.
• Identify and develop strategies to implement for achieving best revenue and volume.
• Explore VAS products and profile customers suitability on products to maximize gains.
• Sustain a good understanding of Oceania market by consistent follow up with core accounts.
• Ensure maximum weekly loadings against allocation by monitoring daily booking reports.
• Manage smooth delivery of services by backend office to customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0 – 1 year of relevant experience working in Shipping or Freight-Forwarding industry
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Words application
