Talent Management Intern

Role Overview
As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the APAC Talent, Learning & Employee Experience team in coordinating and executing various talent management and learning programs, early career initiatives, university partnerships, and employee engagement activities. This internship offers hands-on experience across a wide range of talent-related projects, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR teams. You will develop key skills in project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management, while contributing to the success of talent strategies across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update talent databases, tracking tools, and documentation across projects.
  • Support coordination, logistics, communications, registrations, and feedback for talent programs, learning initiatives, and engagement activities
  • Support student, graduate, and learning programs, including internships, events, workshops, and campaigns
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communications with universities and internal teams; represent the company at campus and industry events for employer’s branding
  • Collaborate with HR to deliver intern engagement initiatives
  • Create learning-related communications and toolkits
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (webinars, sharing sessions, wellbeing initiatives)
  • Manage training, outreach, and engagement calendars; update LMS records and draft internal communications
  • Collect, organize, and update talent data, documentation, and tracking sheets for reports and projects
  • Prepare materials and assist in developing presentations, reports, and internal updates for meetings and workshops
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, material development, and general HR tasks.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Maritime Studies, or related field
  • Strong interest in an HR career; prior internships or HR-related experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Comfortable using various digital platforms and technologies
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced and evolving work settings
