Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in Spot On activities for Red Sea Trade. Your principal mission is to ensure and to drive the commercial development to optimize the line profitability and vessels loading for short-term quotations within SPOT digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Allocation Management

  • Define and implement pricing policies and allocation strategies for short-term quotations within the assigned trade.
  • Analyze line KPIs and provide recommendations for short-term quotations generated through digital tools, in coordination with the Commercial Line Manager.
  • Validate short-term quotations in alignment with the digital commercial strategy and ensure accurate system updates.

 

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with the team to support the agent network in optimising performance, achieving commercial targets, and promoting the Group’s digital platform.

 

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on short-term pricing performance for designated services, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
  • Monitor weekly SpotOn convertible volumes and communicate action plans in line with the Line’s strategic direction.

 

Analytics 

  • Define and support the digital marketing strategy for the assigned Line, identifying initiatives to be implemented locally or regionally.
  • Manage customer segmentation in coordination with the GEN department and local sales teams to improve conversion and transformation ratios.
  • Conduct and analyse market studies to identify market trends, developments, and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.

 

What We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Maritime Studies 
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in yield/trade management 
  • Strong stakeholder management with advanced negotiation, decision-making
