Our Customs Degree Apprentice will be working within our growing team based in Felixstowe.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience mastering many processes over your 4 years of study and potentially progress into a subject matter expert or leadership on completion.




Throughout your degree apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to compliance, imports, exports and customer service alongside your studies. You will also get the opportunity to understand how the wider business links with customs through knowledge of our Air and Ocean operations.

Guidance through your studies and on the job training will enable your skills and abilities to be put into practice. Working through different areas of the site to gain in depth knowledge of processes will also feed into your university assignments.


Shifts are part of how we run our operations, at some points you may be required to work earlies, lates and sometimes nights.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a driven and organised self-starter who is team focused and loves to take on a challenge!


A keen interest in the industry is a must!


You will also need to have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English, and a minimum of 3 A Levels and have access to own transport.
