We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Environment/CSR for the QSHE department throughout Germany as soon as possible.

 

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

 

  • You will lead our environmental and CSR management teams in the DECH region.
  • You will be responsible for the care, maintenance and further development of the environmental management system at national level as well as all thematically related systems (energy management, CSR, etc.).
  • You are responsible for the revision and maintenance of E-, En- and CSR-related documents and manuals and consolidate energy data and CSR-related reports.
  • You monitor our targets and key figures and create reports and action plans.
  • You create and coordinate audit program for internal e- and en-audits
  • You support the implementation of new locations and implement E-, En- and CSR-relevant measures and procedures.
  • You regularly visit other locations and check the current status there.
  • You will help with projects.

 

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have further training as an environmental manager/auditor and as an energy manager/auditor.
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and German, ideally in combination with other foreign language skills.
  • You are very familiar with German laws in this area and can apply them.
  • Ideally, you have training as an auditor in the field of environment (DIN EN ISO 14001) and energy (DIN EN ISO 50001) and/or in sustainability management (ISO 26000).
  • You have many years of experience in planning and conducting audits and at least 2 years of experience in managing staff.
  • You have extensive expertise and sound experience in the field of environmental and energy management.
  • You are an expert in all E-, En- and CSR-related issues.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, strategic, solution- and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Your willingness to travel, your excellent communication and presentation skills and your excellent and up-to-date specialist knowledge round off your profile.
