The role will help strengthen employee capabilities, support career growth, and advance the organisation’s people and business priorities.

As a Talent Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) subject-matter expert, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to provide guidance and ensure the consistent, effective rollout and adoption of talent-management programmes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver learning and talent-development solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve learning interventions, including soft-skills workshops, career-development programmes, coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, and self-awareness tools.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for the local deployment of key talent programmes, including performance management, People Review, and broader Group talent-development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and practical support to HRBPs, people managers, and employees to drive consistent adoption of learning, performance, and career-development practices.
  • Support the implementation of emerging-talent initiatives, including internships, graduate or Group programmes, university engagement, onboarding, and development activities.
  • Partner with HRBPs and regional stakeholders to deliver employee-engagement initiatives, learning events, talent forums, and leadership sessions.
  • Source and manage external learning partners, ensuring programmes are relevant, high quality, and cost effective.
  • Track programme participation, feedback, and outcomes, and prepare reports and insights to support continuous improvement and informed people decisions.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the organisation’s talent, learning, career-development, and employee-engagement agenda.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • At least six years of relevant experience in talent management, talent development, learning and development, organisational development, or a related HR function.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and facilitating talent-management initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement, and/or emerging-talent programmes.
  • Sound knowledge of adult-learning principles, learning-and-development practices, talent-management frameworks, and programme-evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify talent priorities and develop programmes tailored to organisational needs and target audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple talent initiatives, projects, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with learning-management systems, talent-management platforms, e-learning tools, and virtual-learning platforms will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
  • Experience working in a regional or matrix organisation, as well as exposure to HR analytics, talent data, and/or workforce-planning initiatives, will be an advantage.
