Customer Service Specialist

We at CMA CGM Estonia are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Your role
As customer service specialist, you will play a key role in creating high-quality customer service for our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position. You will join a six-person customer service team. Here’s how your future manager describes the team:

What are you going to do?
You will work with versatile tasks related to export and import customer service for deep sea and short sea clients. For example, you will:
- coordinate customers' transport orders and demanding documents
- support customers in their various inquiries, investigate and solve problem cases related to transportation
- implement and develop customer relationships
- handle dangerous goods and other special cargo shipments
- apply country- and port-specific rules and regulations
- coordinate with CMA CGM’s global network whenever needed
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate for this role has:
- previous experience in customer service work from shipping or logistics industry
- relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or another related field
- sense of responsibility and ability to work both with accuracy and efficiency
- great teamwork and communication skills, and a positive approach to work
- ability to solve problems, even in rather complex situations
- English and Estonian language skills to communicate fluently with our local and global stakeholders.
- good IT skills (MS Office) and ability to learn new IT systems.
