We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment projects across a wide range of office-based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and multiple recruitment projects run simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to delivering results.

Beyond recruitment, you will support the onboarding of new employees and contribute to broader HR initiatives and operational activities, making you an integral member of the HR team.

 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy intake through candidate sourcing, selection, offer management and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies, and provide market insights and recruitment advice.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using a variety of channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct recruiter interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-up.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and agreed hiring timelines.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment legislation, and data privacy requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events and talent attraction activities.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees in partnership with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions to introduce new hires to the organization, its culture, values, policies, and ways of working.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

HR Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee data within HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
  • Produce recruitment reports and maintain recruitment metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment and data protection legislation.

HR Operations & Projects

  • Support the HR team with ad hoc operational activities and administrative tasks as business needs require.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the HR function to support organizational objectives and deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Contribute to other HR activities that are aligned with the nature and level of the role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for professional and office-based positions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing consultative recruitment support.
  • Experience delivering onboarding activities or facilitating onboarding sessions is considered an advantage.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
