YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work day shifts with a flexible mindset and report to the process team leader. You are working from bol. Returns Center in Waalwijk.

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available fulltime and can work flexibly.

• a gross monthly salary between € 2.720,26 and €3.521,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

• You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;

• Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
