既存・新規顧客の輸送ニーズを丁寧にヒアリングし、海上輸送にプラスアルファの価値をもたらすソリューションを提案する「専門家・アドバイザー」としてご活躍いただきます。

主な業務内容
- 海上輸送以外のプロダクトについて深い知識を習得し、価値と特徴を分かりやすく説明する
- 営業チームが提案しやすい、セールス/マーケティング資料の企画・作成・更新
- 営業・カスタマーサービスなど社内関連部門と連携し、市場機会の発掘や各種コマーシャル施策をサポート
- セールスに同行し、海上輸送以外のプロダクト提案に関する商談・オンラインミーティング等への参加
- 顧客からの声やフィードバックを積極的に収集し、ニーズや課題に対するタイムリーな対応と提案を行う
- 顧客や輸送要件に応じて、最適なプロダクトや組み合わせのソリューションを提案

Cross Sales Expert
Join CMA CGM JAPAN K.K., a global leader in maritime transport and logistics, as a Cross Sales Expert. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our range of services beyond maritime freight, contributing to innovative commercial strategies and supporting the growth of our non-maritime product offerings.
Your Role
As a Cross Sales Expert reporting to the Cross Sales Manager, your mission is to be a key driver in raising awareness and adoption of our non-maritime products among existing and potential customers. You will serve as an expert and trusted advisor, bringing fresh concepts and tailored solutions that enhance customers' shipment experiences beyond traditional maritime transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop In-Depth Expertise: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our non-maritime products to confidently communicate their benefits and features.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Prepare engaging and informative sales and marketing materials that empower all sales teams to effectively promote and introduce our non-maritime product range.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other teams to identify commercial market opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Commercial Engagements: Participate in commercial visits and calls alongside both outside and inside sales teams to support negotiations and customer engagements related to non-maritime offerings.
- Customer Insight & Responsiveness: Identify customer needs and potential issues by actively listening and gathering feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions.
- Tailored Solutions: Propose suitable non-maritime products and solutions that align with different customer segments and unique shipment requirements.

Must Haves
- Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese, complemented by strong English communication skills, to ensure effective interaction with customers and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive mindset, demonstrating anticipation, responsiveness, and curiosity.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and diagnose issues, enabling informed decision-making and solution development.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Professional or educational background in marketing, enriching your understanding of customer engagement and market dynamics.
- Experience with customer relationship management and sales techniques to effectively promote and position non-maritime products.
- Knowledge of commercial policy and tactical negotiation skills to navigate complex sales discussions effectively.
