Cross Sales Expert
YOUR ROLE:
Being proud of an expert in non-maritime products, it is of crucial importance to broaden their horizons so as to bring new concepts and solutions to the market.
Reporting to the Cross Sales Manager, the main goal will be to raise customers’ awareness of our non-maritime products and provide them with suitable solutions for their own shipments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
The major commitments are:

Become knowledgeable about non-maritime products.

Prepare sales and marketing materials so that all teams including sales can promote and introduce products efficiently and effectively.

Support on commercial market opportunities identified by sales, CS and other departments.

Conduct commercial visits and calls in coordination with outside & inside sales to support on non-maritime negotiations.

Identify issues and needs and be responsive to feedback from customers.

Propose suitable products or solutions to each segment and customer.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must have:

Fluent business communication skills in English (both writing and speaking).

Good command of IT tools and applications
-
High degree of interpersonal skills, sense of anticipation, responsiveness, curiosity, and positive mindset

Analytical skills of data and diagnosis of issues
Nice to have:

Professional or educational experience in marketing.

Customer knowledge and sales techniques

Knowledge of commercial policy and offers by tactful negotiation
