Outside Sales Representative- GA

 

 YOUR ROLE:

Sales Representative are the principal of contact between a company business and our customers. Outside Sales Rep ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pick prospective customers. Sales representatives will do everything from sales visit to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.  

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As Outside sales representative, your commitments are: 

  • Develop overall market share, volume, and turnover in accordance with commercial strategy. 

  • Develop new business. 

  • Identify the commercial market opportunities. 

  • Promote CMA CGM group services and non-maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA cross sell) 

  • Plan and conduct commercial visit as per agency sales’ segmentation. 

  • Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM. 

  • Participate in establishing the commercial actions plan and ensure the agency sales’ segmentation is correct and up to date. Control the load factor of vessels through the analysis of space booking and loading forecasts.  

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Must have:  

  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking).  

  • Good business manner to face with various level of customer organization. 

  • Good interpersonal skills, sense of time management, responsiveness, and analytical skills will enable to deal customer in your daily tasks. 

 

Nice to have:  

  • Advance IT skill to help customer’s digitalization.  

  • Good presentation skill and preparing a material both for internal and external customer. 

  • Accuracy of data management.
