- 輸入書類に関する一連のプロセスを調整・管理し、正確な書類処理を行う
- 社内関係部署、顧客、フォワーダーなどと密に連携し、コンプライアンスを確保しながら書類に関する問い合わせに対応する
- 会社方針および関連法規制に準拠するため、輸入書類に関するデータの正確性を高い水準で維持する
- 輸入書類の進捗状況を確認・管理し、遅延などの可能性を早期に把握して対応する
- 書類業務プロセスの継続的な改善に取り組み、業務効率および顧客体験の向上を支援する
- 多文化環境のチームや関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、輸入プロセス全体における明確性と透明性を維持する

Service Delivery Specialist Japan (Import Documentation)
Join CMA CGM JAPAN K.K. as a Service Delivery Specialist in our dynamic Service Delivery division, supporting our Shipping - Customer Care activities within the Import Documentation department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of import documentation, supporting seamless service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Specialist in the Import Documentation team, you will be responsible for managing and processing import documents related to shipping operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the effective coordination of shipments and compliance with international trade regulations, forging a critical link between customer care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import documentation processes ensuring timely and accurate completion to support shipment clearance and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, customers and freight forwarders to facilitate compliance and resolve documentation queries.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy for import documentation to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track import documentation status, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Communicate effectively across multicultural teams and stakeholders to maintain clarity and transparency throughout the import process.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of import operations and documentation procedures within the shipping sector. Experience working with Japanese import regulations will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or export documentation, particularly within the Japanese market.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Basic knowledge of import clearance and customs regulations and familiarity with NACCS operations
