Team Coordinator BFC Receiving

YOUR ROLE 
As Team Coordinator Receiving, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor; you have a strong personality and a 'hands-on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process. You are working from bol. Fulfilment Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers; 
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace; 
• You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process; 
• You inform and in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements; 
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

• You will receive a monthly salary between €2.605,81 and €3.346,43 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level); 
• You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
