YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader Logistics Returns, together with your team, you are responsible for processing all returns from bol, with the main focus on recovery and the quality of returns processing. You exceed expectations every day, starting with your team. You enjoy guiding people through changes and genuinely care for them, while keeping goals and results in mind. Above all, you have the personality to maintain an overview and make the right decisions in a hectic environment. You approach all situations with a problem-solving mindset and are service-oriented and quality-focused in every aspect. To achieve this, you are present on the work floor extensively, monitoring processes and making adjustments when necessary. You allocate tasks and set priorities with the aim of achieving KPI's, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction.

As a Team Leader, you closely collaborate with our partner bol. The role is carried out during regular working hours. You report to the Operations Manager Reverse Logistics and work from the bol. Returns Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Full focus on the recovery and quality of the returns processing process;
Proposing improvements regarding the logistics process;
Perform measurements, creating reports, and performing analyses;
Optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve objectives;
Monitoring and adjusting the progress of daily activities;
Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence supervision.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have completed a mbo education degree;
You have several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role;
You are a true people manager, customer and result-oriented, and proactive;
You have fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English languages;
You are available full-time, which is 40 hours per week for us.

You will receive a monthly salary between €2.878,19 en €3.984,97 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
Everyone gets 25 holidays, with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are not sick;
We have a favourable pension scheme, travel allowance and discounts on various insurances;
A laptop from CEVA Logistics, which you may also use privately;
