Join CEVA Logistics Poland Sp. z o.o. as a Warehouse Handling Operations Operator at our Leroy Merlin Piatek site within the Logistics Operations division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that ensures efficient warehouse operations in one of the key locations supporting our contract logistics activities.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Handling Operations Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. Your efforts will contribute directly to maintaining seamless supply chain operations while meeting the high standards expected by our client, Leroy Merlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to promote safety and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
• Perform quality checks and report discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Utilise warehouse management systems and documentation procedures to track inventory movements and support reporting needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Possesses strong teamwork skills and communicates effectively within a diverse team.
• Is physically able to undertake warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods as needed.
• Shows flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and following established procedures.
