YOUR ROLE

As a Process Lead of Control Room, you are in charge of the operational process. Together with your colleagues in the Controlroom, the beating heart of the operation, you have the task to make every day a success in the operation.

Your main goal will be to optimize the fulfillment process and ensure that all orders are delivered on time. You are in charge of ensuring an efficient operation of our automated logistics system, make decisions to optimize workflows, and adapt processes to handle unexpected variables and scenarios. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our logistics operations, maintaining high levels of productivity, and delivering exceptional service to our client.

By taking on the responsibility for the entire process, you are empowered to make impactful decisions that influence the success of our fulfillment centers.

This role will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the entire logistics process, making it, besides an challenging and rewarding job, also an excellent step for further career advancement within the logistics field.
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Monitor and Analyze KPIs: You will closely monitor performance metrics, such as the Fulfillment KPI, to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.
• Incident Management: Take charge of incident management, coordinating various actions and mitigating risks to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaboration and Expertise: Collaborate extensively with operational managers and our partner bol.com as a process expert. Your knowledge and experience will drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Efficiency Optimization: Work towards optimizing warehouse and personnel planning for improved efficiency.
• Communication: Provide clear briefings, communications, and reports to maintain effective communication flow within the team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• • Education: Completed MBO or HBO degree in logistics or related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical thinking and a structured work approach.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Availability: Full-time availability and willingness to work in 2 shifts.
  • Passion: Enthusiastic and driven individual motivated by continuous improvement and achieving results.
