YOUR ROLE
As an Accounting Administrator, your role is to oversee financial records and reporting, ensure compliance with tax and audit standards, and coordinate payments, vendor relations, and ERP system operations to maintain accurate and efficient financial processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Support audits and assist with internal financial controls.
- Use ERP systems for financial data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EDUCATION
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Finance software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Knowledge of Moroccan Finance law and regulations.
- Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS).
PERSONAL & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to interact with various stakeholders (finance, HR, operations, legal).
