Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en Derecho (Titulado)
• Ingles Avanzado
• Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en despacho jurídico o área legal corporativa.
• Conocimientos: redacción, revisión y negociación de todo tipo de contratos y proyectos legales estratégicos. Trabajarás de forma transversal con distintas áreas del negocio, actuando como generalista dentro del equipo legal. Buscamos una persona proactiva, con capacidad para conectar la estrategia comercial con el trabajo jurídico, identificar riesgos de forma práctica y colaborar en un entorno global y multifuncional.

Funciones:

• Analizar, revisar, negociar y preparar todo tipo de contratos: transporte, servicios, compras, arrendamientos, confidencialidad, entre otros.
• Liderar legalmente acuerdos complejos y de alto impacto, colaborando con stakeholders internos para asegurar que los contratos se alineen con los objetivos operativos, comerciales y legales.
• Brindar asesoría legal y de cumplimiento a equipos de negocio en temas contractuales.
• Impartir capacitaciones sobre normativas legales y reglas de negocio.
• Actuar como generalista legal, apoyando funciones administrativas y clientes internos en actividades comerciales.
• Coordinar con stakeholders en iniciativas clave.
• Otras funciones asignadas.
