YOUR ROLE

Are you service oriented? Do you know how to keep customers happy and can you keep the overview? Then this role is for you!

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our location in Venray! In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You inform them about the status of the goods flow and manage the administrative processing of it. You have continuous contact with our customers and the warehouse about order processing and you ensure that any challenges are proactively tackled together with your Team! In addition, you ensure correct administration, various reports and maintain your internal and external KPIs.

 

As Customer Service Employee you are part of the Customer Service team of 5 colleagues.The atmosphere is professional and informal. You report to the Office Supervisor and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 17:00.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Customer Service Specialist you will:

  • Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team;
  • Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines;
  • Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs);
  • Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer; and
  • Participate in projects aimed at improvement within the LEAN philosophy with themes such as 5S and Kaizen.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who brings the following knowledge and experience:

  • MBO/HBO work and level of thinking, possibly supplemented with a course in logistics;
  • Experience with service-oriented work;
  • Social and communication skills;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Command of the English language in speech and writing;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus;

  • A competitive gross salary between € 2.593 and € 3.547 depending on your work experience and level of education;
  • An annual contract with a view to permanent employment;
  • 25 vacation days + 40 ADV hours (only with a fulltime employment) and the option to buy or sell extra leave;
  • Profit share of max. 3% in case of positive company results;
  • Good pension scheme, travel allowance and 8% holiday pay
