Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Execution: Organise and monitor ground shipments, ensuring timely movements across key border points and domestic routes with precision.
  • Administrative and Financial Oversight: Manage all relevant documentation to support transported goods, oversee invoice generation for customers, and facilitate payments to suppliers maintaining accurate financial control.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist in guaranteeing that the supply chain and transport processes meet client-specific requirements, adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
  • Profitability Management: Control financial aspects related to assigned clients, consistently assessing and enhancing the economic performance of operations.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Prepare and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), design improvement initiatives in collaboration with customers and suppliers, ensuring continuous operational enhancement.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Review, complete, and process various transport and logistics documentation and related databases to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Problem Resolution and Recommendations: Provide research support and develop practical recommendations to address challenges in transportation and logistics activities.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the review and implementation of transport and logistics policies, programmes, and practices to meet evolving organisational and operational needs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, contributing proactively to the team’s success and operational excellence.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a candidate with strong organisational and analytical skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic logistics environment. Experience or knowledge in ground transportation operations, transborder logistics, and supply chain management will be beneficial. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential to thrive in this role. Familiarity with financial control processes and performance measurement in logistics operations is also desirable.

Work Environment and Employment Details

This position is classified as a white-collar role within the Professional/Supervisor level. You will be working within a driven team focused on ground and rail operations, contributing to CEVA's broader goals in logistics services. The contract location is in Tlaquepaque-Guadalajara, providing a well-equipped workspace supporting your success in the role.
