Für unseren Healthcare Sector mit Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Healthcare Director Germany (m/w/d).

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben: 

• Führung der Business Development Mitarbeiter im Vertical Healthcare.
• Akquisition von Neugeschäften. 
• Pflege und Ausbau des bereits vorhandenen Kundenstamms. 
• Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen/Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtungen. 
• Koordination und Optimierung von Prozessen. 
• Führung von Vetragsgesprächen und Preisverhandlungen.
• Budgetverantwortung und Ressourcenmanagement. 
• Ansprechpartner für die regionale und überregionale Geschäftsführung.

Das wünschen wir uns: 

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder ein vergleichbares Studium. 
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Healthcare/Pharma und im Verkauf. 
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Healthcare/Pharma Branche.
• Erfahrung in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsbereichen. 
• Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
• Teamplayer mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative und einer klaren Serviceorientierung.
