Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ground domestic and transborder transportation services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain direct communication with customers, providing support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Utilise specialised software tools such as Matrix OFS and OneScan to monitor operations, update shipment statuses, and manage documentation accurately.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse staff, drivers, and other logistics personnel to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
• Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Office applications to track performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for transborder transportation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential disruptions in logistics activities, maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in ground transportation coordination, with a strong understanding of both domestic and cross-border logistics.
• Excellent customer service skills, capable of managing direct communication with diverse customer profiles efficiently and courteously.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Matrix OFS, OneScan, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and the competence to work collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to upholding company values of integrity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
