Your Role

As a Global Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at CEVA Logistics, you will play a key role within our Finance department. You will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing accurate and insightful financial analyses to guide strategic business decisions. You will contribute to improving financial performance and controlling costs on a global scale, working closely with senior finance team members.

Your Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by validating financial data and ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Prepare management reports and financial presentations to support decision-making by managers and senior leadership.

• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.

• Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and templates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.

• Collaborate with senior finance team members to analyze financial data, track key performance indicators, and contribute to performance summaries.

We Are Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience or internship in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in an international or complex environment.

• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and deliver actionable insights to management.

• Knowledge of ERP systems or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
