Join CEVA FM Mexico as a Human Resources Partner Administrator in our dynamic HR Partnership department located in Apodaca-Lenovo. This role is vital to the successful delivery of diverse and comprehensive human resource services that support both the organization and its people. You will work closely with line managers, employees, and union representatives to efficiently execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and comply with Mexican labor legislation.

In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring that every aspect of HR operations runs smoothly and effectively. Your expertise will help shape employee experiences through training programs, development initiatives, and clear communication channels that foster engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive HR services including employee training, internal communications, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and organizational planning.
  • Manage and review HR documentation, forms, and databases with precision to support timely decision-making and compliance.
  • Provide clear interpretation and guidance on HR policies, assisting management and staff in resolving queries and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Support employee relations efforts by conducting or assisting in investigations, and recommending equitable solutions that uphold workplace fairness.
  • Collaborate on the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs tailored to meet organizational needs and promote a positive culture.
  • Maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with union representatives, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, standards, and regulatory requirements, taking initiative to identify and address any gaps.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the broader goals of the HR Partnership team.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines within multidisciplinary environments, showing adaptability and breadth of knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage sensitive data accurately and coordinate efficiently between various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with employees, management, and unions.
  • In-depth understanding of Mexican labor laws, compliance practices, and HR best practices to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and embrace change within a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
