Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness to ensure all charges comply with contractual agreements and company policies.
• Generate and deliver invoices to customers promptly, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal departments, striving for timely and effective solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, providing professional and courteous support that enhances customer experience.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Collaborate proactively with operations, accounting, and sales teams to align data, resolve issues, and maintain billing accuracy.
• Perform daily billing and auditing of assigned claims to guarantee adherence to policies and improve billing processes continually.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements at both state and federal levels, mitigating risk for the company.

Additional Role Expectations:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing transactions, communications, and resolutions.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining professional networks.
• Support process improvements and report potential operational risks or discrepancies to management promptly.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote and uphold CEVA Servicios de Mexico’s values of integrity, accountability, and customer focus.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in billing, rating, or financial operations preferably within logistics or transportation sectors.
• Strong knowledge of billing software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to professionally interact with customers and internal departments.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with billing compliance standards and regulatory requirements is highly desired.
