In Bleiswijk, we are the exclusive logistics partner of Zalando. From a fully automated distribution center – one of the largest and most advanced warehouses in Europe – we ensure that hundreds of thousands of items reach customers every day.

To support this unique and dynamic operation, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen our HR team and contribute to the further development of our HR policies.

Role Overview
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing HR policies within your area of responsibility. You will act as a trusted advisor for managers on operational, tactical, and strategic levels. With your strong knowledge of labor law and experience in complex case management, such as absenteeism, you will make a real impact on both the organization and the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate organizational trends into HR strategies and policies.
  • Advise and support management on recruitment, development, and offboarding.
  • Handle complex HR cases, including absenteeism and labor law issues.
  • Support and coach managers during organizational change processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor agreements and employment legislation.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and present findings to management.
  • Lead HR-related projects and programs.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for (junior) HR Business Partners.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and absenteeism case management.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships.
