• AM (9am – 5pm) shift, Mon-Fri
• Base rate of $36.1732 / hour + 14.25% super

Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive operational excellence? At CEVA Logistics, we’re looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and guide a team of Storepersons. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while fostering a safe and compliant work environment. 
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

Specifically, you will:
 

• Coordinate and manage your team’s daily activities to meet operational goals 
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to reach their full potential
• Ensure strict adherence to CEVA’s safety standards, policies, and procedures.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?   

Our ideal candidate has experience in transport operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:

• Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
• Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
• Experience using a Transport Management System (TMS)
• Essential: LF licence

In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
