Join CEVA Logistics as a Logistics Operations Professional based in Mexico City, Alcaldía Venustiano Carranza, within our specialized Air Operations department. This role, designated internally as Air Specialist II, invites you to be a key player in the management and execution of global air freight logistics, supporting the seamless delivery of services to our clients in the aviation industry.

As a Logistics Operations Professional, you will play a vital role in coordinating the flow of air cargo, ensuring efficient transit and compliance with international and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily operations with airlines, customs officials, freight forwarders, and internal departments to maintain timely shipment schedules.
• Monitoring shipments from origin to destination, proactively identifying and resolving any operational challenges that may impact delivery.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary documentation such as airway bills, customs declarations, and regulatory compliance documents to support smooth clearance processes.
• Ensuring strict adherence to air transport safety protocols and company policies to uphold operational excellence and security standards.
• Utilizing logistics management software and Microsoft Office tools to track cargo status, generate reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating effectively across a multicultural and geographically diverse team, demonstrating excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing air freight processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you must possess strong organizational capabilities, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision. Experience in air freight logistics or related supply chain roles will be highly valued, as will a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
