Key Accountabilities

1    Contact with supplier, and other related partner company.
2    Contact & communication with client
3    Reporting and communication with CEVA internal stakeholders & senior management  
4    Daily data input and WMS data maintenance.
5    Prepare daily and monthly reports, billing to client
6    Closely work with the operation team 
7    Answer customer's inquiries.
8    Provide professional service to client.
9    Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
10    Managing client communication, handling both positive feedback and negative complaint 
11    Manage variability of workload during non-peak and peak seasons 
12    Personal time management to ensure daily tasks are completed on time 
13    Control the cost 
14    Get the order list from client and prepare order picking and packing document to operation department accordingly
15    Daily work output report
16    Coordinate and follow-up communication on the freight/transportation arrangement and customs document
17    Create job file in finance system

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • College degree or above
  • Skilled in MS office
  • Good communicational skill and English
  • One year experience in 3PL
  • Hard working and cooperative
  • Skilled at Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Managing client communication, handling both positive feedback and negative complaint
  • Sensitive for the figures
  • Familiar with excel and word
  • Use English to write email
  • Manage variability of workload during non-peak and peak seasons
  • Personal time management to ensure daily tasks are completed on time
  • Control the cost
