CESA Vietnam was founded in 2018; CESA started as a development center in Vietnam,then now became a technology company of CEVA Logistic, specializing in Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.Net MVC, API, Azure,...), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java...) and delivers projects using Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using JavaEE and EJB.
  • Build and enhance microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with SOLEX teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of proven experience in Java development, with a focus on JavaEE, EJB, and Spring Boot.

Technical skills

  • Strong proficiency in JavaEE and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g.  PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Advantageous to have:

  • Exposure to front-end frameworks like React.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWSAzure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).

Language

  • Good communication in English (written and spoken)

Soft skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

 

2 rounds interview:

  • Test round - 45', include English test
  • Interview - f2f with hiring manager
