YOUR ROLE
Accountable for all administrative functions within the Business Development department, such as the preparation of documents, reports and memos, as well as correspondence and general sales support duties
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Prepares quotations, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Files and retrieves documents, records and reports.
- Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries and records data in tracking report. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries and records data in tracking report.
- Performs administrative duties related to sales, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing sales support work as required
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with other departments to get the job done smoothly
- Continually improves product knowledge
- Supports on Air and Ocean RFQ as well as CL solutions as required
- Performs other duties as required
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience in an equivalent position, within same industry from 6 months at least
- Ability to recognize problems before they occur
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility Actively looking for ways to support the team and others
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to incoming enquiries
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Good comprehension skills
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
