Your Role

The position is part of the warehouse staff at the San Pietro Mosezzo (NO) site.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the role is responsible for managing key operational and logistics processes and shipment flows, in order to ensure that the service levels agreed upon with the client are properly executed and maintained.

What Will You Do?

• Monitor order processing within the warehouse management system, ensuring that any stock-related queries or discrepancies are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain high standards in inventory control across the team;

• Ensure proper execution of internal processes by updating relevant systems or paper files with accurate and up-to-date information;

• Produce reports as required and monitor warehouse and shipping processes to ensure compliance with reference KPIs;

• Identify operational process irregularities;

• Analyze issues encountered and develop improvement suggestions;

• Provide support to the operations team in daily activities, including data evaluation/analysis extracted from the management system, problem-solving with third parties, and liaising with suppliers.
