Regional Project Manager Air & Ocean

YOUR ROLE

Serve as a strategic enabler that centralizes and standardizes project governance for Global Business Services within NORTAM Air and Ocean product. Ensuring all transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and technology rollouts align with organizational growth targets and operational efficiency goals.

What you will do

• Support the Regional Ops Manager in defining and executing the strategic agenda for GBS Roadmap within the Region
• Manage and oversee cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize the  Regional Ops Manager time by managing priorities, workflows and schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the  Regional Ops Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and alignment across teams and business units.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Manage Regional process improvements with offshore teams
• Govern offshore team process and engagement with US country teams
• Strong relationships to NORTAM Country Heads, US District Managers, and NORTAM BPS team

What we're looking for:

• Business or engineering or Political Science school (Grande Ecole) - Preferable
• + 10/15 years previous experience in consulting and/or finance sector and/or logistics sector
• Fluent English
• Knowledge in Business Finance and Logistics
