Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive quality assurance support including interpretation and implementation of internal and external standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development, updating, and communication of policies, procedures, and programs that enhance operational quality and compliance.
- Manage quality-related documentation, maintain accurate records, process various quality forms, and handle databases critical to operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, regulatory concerns, and client feedback, providing practical recommendations for resolution.
- Support training programs aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of quality control, safety standards, and environmental practices among staff and management.
- Provide consulting and negotiation support to ensure successful implementation of quality initiatives and foster positive relationships within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations pertaining to health, safety, and environmental aspects within logistics and warehouse settings.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business objectives and support organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality assurance or related fields are advantageous.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance or compliance role ideally within logistics or warehouse operations.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, especially ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000 standards.
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 is required, demonstrating proficiency in auditing processes.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English to support communication in a multinational environment.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey policies, procedures, and technical information both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating honesty, responsibility, and commitment to achieving results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting objectives and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
