Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
YOUR ROLE
Accountable for leading, providing support and coordination of contingent labor resources for several sites including one of CEVAs largest operations in North America.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Interface with multiple temporary agencies that provide on-site staffing services to ensure staffing requirements are met timely in accordance with operational needs & CEVA standards
- Collaborate with line management to forecast labor needs and control labor costs
- Provide leadership, guidance and support in the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of Smartsheet tools used for labor and business performance management for operations in the Mt. Juliet, TN area and other locations in USA
- Use third-party VMS staffing tool in the administration of job orders, timesheets, approvals, terminations, etc.
- Ensure new hire orientation and onboarding of contingent labor is conducted in accordance with CEVA requirements
- Provide accurate reports to leadership related to staffing, open orders, hours of service, agency KPIs and other information as required
- Perform compliance audits for data and billing accuracy
- Facilitate conflict resolution with supervisors/managers in relation to contingent workforce population
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
- Minimum five years related work experience
- Minimum three years staffing industry experience preferred to include general knowledge of labor law, staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience & proficiency with Smartsheet tools preferred
Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.

- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to generate error-free reports, charts, and graphs.
