Department: Operations

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ocean Operations Operator to join our team at CEVA Air & Ocean Italy S.P.A. in Pantigliate, Italy. As an Ocean Operations Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating ocean operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor ocean freight shipments
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to coordinate shipments
• Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ocean freight operations
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Fluency in English and Italian
