Pay Range: $85,000-$106,000
YOUR ROLE
Responsible for providing managerial leadership to the CEVA operations in executing customer-centric supply chain activities. Ensure ongoing customer service and customer relations by focusing on the contract's daily operations based on the needs of the customer including origin global materials management (GMM), origin consolidation, freight forwarding, freight management, 3rd party carrier management, event, disruption and crisis management. Provide direction to the client to meet their customer goals and expectations in support of the companies’ policies and objectives. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Ensure productivity levels are reached in an effective and efficient manner while meeting/exceeding quality performance objectives and assisting in cost control programs. Crisis management.
- Review metrics with customer management.
- Develop and monitor KPI’s and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure operations adhere to established work standards and work processes.
- Systems, Networks, Data integrity and maintenance management.
- Responsible for hiring and training direct reports.
- Implement changes to processes or policies.
- Responsible for business scope changes.
- Primary point of contact for all operational issues with the customer.
- Track labor performance. Analyze and manage P&L to ensure business units maintain profitability.
- Lead pricing activities.
- Lead and prepare for quarterly business review with customer.
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved including on time performance, data accuracy, invoicing timeliness and accuracy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Knowledge of warehouse management and/or transportation management systems.
- Advanced understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and the logistics process.
- Must be versed on safety and compliance issues. Knowledge of financial reporting systems.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Multi-lingual ability desired.
- Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate.
- Proven analytic ability with high-degree of logic, initiative, self-organization and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and sustain excellent, productive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities with ability to quickly solve problems and drive team solutions. Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel, etc.
