Job Description
CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Management Professional to join our team in Assago. This pivotal role will independently lead solution design projects while also actively supporting the development and training of the wider team, helping to accelerate the achievement of higher quality work standards across the department.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Solution Design within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is essential.
- An engineering or internal operations/logistics background (with deep sector knowledge and a proven ability to rapidly adapt to new roles) will be considered if Solution Design expertise is exceptional.
- Seniority: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role; this is not a junior or entry-level position.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert internal consulting in Logistics Engineering and technical support to the commercial team, identifying optimal solutions that meet client needs and align with company business rules.
- Analyze project data and map processes (Value Stream Mapping) to propose and implement effective logistics solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with all internal departments involved in Contract Logistics Solution Design (such as real estate, security, Health & Safety, etc.), clearly presenting the benefits and added value of proposed solutions.
- Participate in international projects within the field of Contract Logistics Solution Design (at both European and global levels).
- Independently manage a portion of the solution design workload, taking ownership of key projects and deliverables.
- Support team training and development, sharing best practices and coaching colleagues to accelerate the team’s overall progress toward higher-quality standards and enhanced project delivery.
