Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter Customer Service Seefracht (mw/d)

Deine Aufgaben: 

• Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. 
• Du koordinierst selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst alle eingehenden Anfragen, Reklamationen und Differenzen der Kunden. 
• Du übernimmst seösbtändig die Steuerung bestimmter Kunden. 
• Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Niederlassungen im In- und Ausland. 
• Du führst Prozessanalysen und Potentialanalysen durch und leitest Prozessoptimierungen in die Wege. 
• Du kümmerst dich um Ausschreibungen.

Dein Profil: 

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spediton und Logistikdienstleistungen. 
• Fundierte einschlägige Berufspraxis im Bereich Seefracht. 
• Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office. 
• Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift. 
• Teamplayer mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung.
