Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments to customers.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity to consistent achieved customer KPI .
- Schedule and maintain daily pickup schedule with transporter.
- Closely Monitor TMS performance and follow up with drivers for efficiency update.
- Answering customer queries.
Duties
- To ensure & supervise all outbound shipment operation with transporter.
- On-Time load goods and make sure goods are load with error free condition.
- All Truck to be inspected and free from pest infestation risk follow checklist prior start load.
- All drivers are complying to Outbound manifest and load goods are match as per DN summary before released drivers for In-Transit process.
- To work closely with inventory team when encounter any discrepancies prior loading.
- Make sure goods are transfer to staging area as schedule and ensure drivers are validate goods as DN.
- To oversee and supervise the maintenance on MHE and make sure all on good condition to avoid any interruption to operation caused of MHE.
- To ensure overtime is controlled within the agreed limit for each individual and all Overtime are relevant to operation requirement.
- To initiative on the job training among the staffs and all OJT should be recorded and filed
- To measure and monitor LEAN activity LEAN activity within the department and ensure ISO standards procedures are always adhered
- To ensure 5S concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility
- To established & initiative Kaizen approach in the warehouse and office
- To ensure daily Gemba cross WH area to ensure WH in BIC condition and all area free from any Infestation possibilities.
- Involved on QID – Keep all operation related records in RC Share folder follow periodical.
Key Competencies
Education and Experience
- Diploma / Dgree
- WMS system knowledge
- At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations (FMCG warehousing)
Languages and Communication Skills
- Malay & English
Computer Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
